Enjoy your stay in the heart of Emerald Isle! Your stay includes access to a private gated oceanfront parking area with beach access and showers to wash off after a day in the sun! Enjoy a short stroll down to the Sound to watch the sunset from the Cedar Street Park. The park is only a 5 minute walk and has a fishing pier, picnic tables, and Sound access for kayaks, etc. This sound-side home is a very short walk to restaurants & shops along Emerald Drive, and has a flat backyard with firepit!!

How to Reserve Your Stay

To book direct and avoid the Airbnb & VRBO fees, just follow these steps!

1. Start by checking that your dates are available using the Airbnb Calendar: here. Be sure to check the minimum length of stay required at your time of booking using the calendar.

2. Calculate the estimated cost of your trip. Look at the pricing Airbnb provides for your dates (includes all fees, before tax). Multiply this by .9 to remove the Airbnb fees. Then multiply this new number times 1.14 to add the taxes. (State, local, and occupancy taxes apply) OR just email me for a quote! awpropertiesnc@gmail.com
There will be a $300 refundable security deposit for trips less than 14 days, and $500 for over 14 days.

3. Review the rental terms and fill out the online rental contract using this form: Rental Reservation Inquiry

4. Make your payment to reserve your dates. I will send you a payment request via Zelle for you to complete your reservation. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the reservation start date.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, plus other sleeping options!
Bedroom 1 – King bed, Roku TV, large dresser, full length mirror, ample closet, attached en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan
Bedroom 2 – King bed, dresser with mirror above, closet, ceiling fan
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with twin bunk bed above, small TV with Roku, dresser with mirror above, ample closet, ceiling fan
There is a spare twin mattress that can be used for extra sleeping, plus two couches and a pack and play.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to the whole house and yard for their use. 1 parking fob will be provided for access to the beach parking lot for 1 vehicle. If you prefer to walk, it only takes a few minutes to reach the beach or Sound.
The house has a large driveway with parking for multiple vehicles. The house is equipped with Smart Locks to allow easy self-check in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

No pets allowed.

No A/C in laundry room, but it is attached to the house and stays pretty comfortable in there.
